Background
It seems everyone wants to design a
channel for the new pay-TV operators. When the rush comes,
the operator is going to have to choose which ones to see,
as it will be impossible to interview all proposers and
assess their competence.
If all prospective designers receive a
simple course in channel design and business plan writing,
the operator’s time will be saved, and the presentations
will possess attraction and innovation, as well as make
sound business sense.
