Background
Are you ever presented with programme
proposals and you have to evaluate whether the proposal will
do the job or not? Or do you have to compare two scripts
in order to choose one of the?
Or perhaps you have to view a whole batch

How do you do it? How do you know that
you are fair, to both the broadcaster and the audience?
