| What is "Experiential Training"?
Experiential training focuses on learning through doing. If the task or skill to be learned is a manual or technical one, then the leaner will learn to do it, by watching, trying, experimenting, and then finally achieving the end result in the learner's way.
If it is a conceptual skill, such as understanding, or comprehending, then the learner will learn the skill by actually experiencing the achievement through simulations, structured experiences, and so on.
Busvannah has been using this type of training since the mid-1980's, and we know through experience that experiential learning is:

Structured experiences are at the end of the line when it comes to ways of learning. Look at this diagram. At the left is the least active way of learning: reading. Then as you move through the diagram, you see that next to the end on the right are Structured Experiences.Structured
Experiences can be used in almost every form of learning.
