THERE ARE VARIOUS INTELLECTUAL TOOLS THAT YOU CAN USE, BUT WE
PREFER THIS ONE, OR VARIATIONS ON IT.
Define your goals in one, two five or ten years time.
perhaps you will define your goals in each and every one of
those forward times.
- Define the needs of your customers.
- Position your company in what needs you will satisfy,
and the way you will satisfy those needs.
- Do a situation analysis of your company - define your
infrastructure, your skills and your capital.
- Go back to the future gaols.
- Now do an arithmetic subtraction.
- Define the GAP.
- Inventorise the GAP.
- Set annual goals for each of the intervening years so
that you fill the GAP and achieve your goals.
