The objective is to graphically look at the various ways that things may turn out in the future.  Scenario Planning is most often used for industry development, but can be extremely useful when it comes to company and business development.

In our scenario plan for the Kwa Zulu Natal film industry, we focussed on the balance between investment and expertise, and the visual layout stimulated stakeholders into developing a vision.
